Thanks for coming to Carrie's Corner to look around.
Go to Mid-America Speakers for more information about Carrie Ann Cook, Speaker.
Items that can be found in this area of Carrie's Corner are efforts to preserve history and genealogy. Please feel free to give me a holler about it!
Lets begin by preserving our school memories in a way that we can also be of assistance to genealogists! Many school yearbooks over the years were never indexed and even some that were did not let one know who was in the book. People indexes are great because you even get to put a face with a name.
Family and community members can be found in annuals: For the following indexes, the original work doesn’t have a people index at all. People with the same last name in these indexes are not necessarily related. However, especially in small school systems, entire nuclear families can be found in a particular yearbook issue.
