This web based catalog of unique gift ideas including many hand crafted items are available to you from Hearthfire. All handicrafts are completed lovingly by hand, many made to order, and therefore may take some time for orders to be filled from order date. Any item ordered that is not currently available, you will be notified of the estimated wait. We are not some huge clearing house that resells knockoffs or junk. All handicrafts are produced in the northeastern part of Oklahoma by American Citizens. Gift Collections are assembled in Oklahoma individually with care - you will rarely email and find these "in-stock", but we strive for a 5 day shipping delay at the most.

All prices quoted will include (with the exception of books) USPS Priority shipping within the United States (and to service addresses). Please email us to verify your order before sending payment. Many of the non-handicraft items are available in limited quantity. Orders of in stock items will be filled within 3 working days of receipt of payment. If an item is out of stock, but easily available, your email reply will explain the shipping time table.

Once additional shipping (if any) and availability have been established, either send payment by mail or use PayPal.  This is typically done via secure server using PayPal (all major credit cards) with no additional charges to you. At Hearthfire, you do not need to worry about your gift recipient being contacted or targeted for sales from us. While we may contact you, we never sell our client or shipping information/lists. Privacy is a right that we take very seriously.
